I charge a call-out fee of R400 which includes the first hour of fault finding and labor. Thereafter R400 per hour. Excluding Parts & material used,

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
You could save money by cleaning the work area, removing all furniture in the work area and putting down drop-sheets for dust or paint for easy cleaning and having payments ready or do immediate payments via EFT. You will also save money by using 1 company instead of 4 or 5 company's.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
I would like to know your name & surname, Contact number, e-mail and address, Work to be done or Symptoms of faulty device, (What is wrong with it?)(What is it doing or not doing) Make, model and serial number, Speak Afrikaans or English. Don't drag out conversations, (My time is your money)
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
I give a 3 month workmanship guarantee and Factory warentee 1-3 years depending on product warentee.
