What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Is the customer trustworthy or not, because I've realize something in this industry, some of service provider does not know how to quote, especially on material, now they call many professionals to quote and they compare and give the job to the service provider who does not know how to quote with cheap price. That's why we charge call out fee because we using petrol and our time to that untrustworthy client.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, i guarantee my work and as a qualified artisan, i seat down with the client and show him or her/him my qualifications if she wants to verify from PIRB or any institute he/she is welcome to do so and the client is also allowed to call CIPC to check if my company is registered or not.
