NHBRC Registered Home Builder, with Construction Management background, Project Management experience & Certified Architectural Technologist.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialize in unique homes, with added features that you would not find in an average home.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Dependent on whether its a renovation or New Build, we would be paid by banks or by clients directly, with progress claim procedure, however, we determine our charge for service by consultation with our client.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are by no means the most expensive, however we are also not the cheapest, BUT you can be sure we have taken every aspect of your build into account, to avoid you having to pay extra over our estimate / budget, unless agreed to in writing with relation to items added to the contract after the fact.

1. Look at unnecessary design aspects that push the price up. 2. Get architectural designs completed and approved before we start 3. Ensure all your finishes have been selected and are within budget

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We would need a copy of the plans, the address, the finishes required, and proposed start date.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured, and for new builds we are also a member of the NHBRC, which in turn guarantees your build. HOWEVER, should you ask us to use a cheap product, that we do not guarantee, the onus would be on you. We only use quality products.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Are they registered, Legitimate businesses? Do they have references Are they NHBRC affiliated Make sure they offer a builders agreement / Contract
