General tasks
Collect and dispose of litter on complex street front and inside.
Mow lawns and trim edges inside and outside on pavement of complex. Blow/sweep paving adjecent to lawn and driveways.
Water garden flowerbeds and/or manage irrigation systems.
Report on all irrigation faults in need of repair.
Cultivate beds & remove dead plants and weeds.
Remove all grass cutting placed in white poly ethylene bags and other garden refuse.
Trim hedges, shrubs and trees.
Application of non-selective herbicides on paving and road edges.
Spread top soils, compost and fertilizers (to be supplied by the client) as and when required.
Landscaping.
Clean dustbins.
Cleaning of tiled stairs and corridors.
