We have 7 years' experience as Legal Bookkeepers. We are experienced in Lexpro Accounting, Xero, LawBox and SageOne Payroll. We are also certified Sage Business Cloud Accounting Advisers, and certified as Quickbooks accountants.

We specifically cater to the Law industry, but we are excited to meet any person who wish to grow or start their business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge based on client's needs. We have set prices for certain tasks, and charge hourly for other services.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We offer a free consultation before any work commences, unlike other companies who asks a fee before a consultation can take place. We evaluate every customer's business and how it is run, once this has been done we will inform the client of what they could be doing to reduce business cost and improve productivity. After the evaluation phase we will inform the client on what is necessary for us to do, and what their staff can implement in order to save cost on unnecessary billing.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We believe in helping the client with any issues they might have, so a start would be for us to know how we could ease the burden of running your business. Other aspects would be how many transactions do you process per month, how many bank accounts there are and so on.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

In our opinion, the customer should ask questions related to their industry and how the service provider would approach a specific task. A sort of role-play to see if the professional is cut-out for the job.

You cannot simply trust someone from the "get-go", you do not know us, but we do believe that what we do will speak for itself and how we deliver the job required will vouch for our reliability.
