How do you normally charge for your service?

Digitalize Marketing offers tailored services as many clients have different needs. Depending on the requirements, we would charge the client (per project or per hour). Our hourly rate starts from R350.00 per hour.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our business prices are set based on our clients' needs and budget. Depending on the service requirements and specs of the job we offer tailored pricing for each client. Giving them more personalized service.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Digitalize Marketing offers a 'BEFORE SERVICE' Proposal for Web Development projects, we development the website and then propose it to the client before any payments are made. Once the client likes the proposed project but requires changes then a 55% deposit will be invoiced to the client. NB: All designs projects require 15% deposit.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

All clients have different needs and we would need to meet with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and if they would need ongoing support, etc.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

No - we are not insured but as means to guarantee our work, we offer a 'BEFORE SERVICE' Proposal.
