Friendly, Efficient, Patient, and HARD working. Even wading through my own confusing attempts to get onto E-Filing were sorted without any problems. Clearly "in the know" in how and what SARS require, and Met their requirements and documentation quickly.

CAPN Business Accountants is headed by an experienced and educated director. Charles Mhlanga studied his BCompt Honors in Accounting Science with UNISA and has more than 11yrs experience in the accounting field. He is also a member of Southern African Institute for Business Accountants ( SAIBA ) holding a BAP(SA) designation with this accounting body.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our service fees varies with volume of work to be covered. For all Bookkeeping Services we analyze how many pages does the bank statement have. Our monthly retainer fees to our clients start from R 1 000.00 upwards. This fee accommodates the small businesses who can't afford high retainer fees. Our provisional taxes costs R 500.00 per return while the final tax returns costs R 750.00 per return. The SARS returns fees are waived where a client is on a monthly contract retainer fee and where the bookkeeping and management reports have been done by CAPN Business Accountants

Our prices are competitive as we have cut a lot of costs which are directly attributed to the service fees hence our clients benefit from this cost cut

Customers for SARS Tax returns should ensure that they are registered on SARS Efiling and have their profiles upto date. Customers should ensure that their bank statements are converted into CSV Excel before they approach us Customers should ensure that all documents like invoices are on soft copies This will save time to our bookkeepers and hence customers will save
