Oct 2, 2021Bouw Plumbing attended to my premises in Camps Bay on instruction from the rental agents. Steven the owner attended the work, then became "too busy" to finish the job and sent his apprentice. The apprentice failed to block off an outlet pipe and the premises flooded damaging more than R150,000.00 of my assets
