This depend on the jobs, we either charge per job or we charge per square metre. For example,we charge per square metre on Torch on waterproofing, Tiling and painting.
However, we do free assessment and quotations so as we can know what's required for a certain job before we do a formal quotation.

In each and every industry, there is a fixed price for the products and services offered.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
On a job like torch on waterproofing, I can give an idea on how much it might cost to do it but I will need the following;
1) how many square metrers is the roof?
2) is it a flat concrete roof or timber boards roof?
3) is it a new roof?
4) where are you based?
I will give an estimate price.
However, on most of the jobs I prefer coming through and do assessment then quote.
We dont charge call out fees.
So basically it's best when I come through at site for assessment and quote.
