Hendrica uses a fake name. The reason for this is quite apparent as you eventually realize how dishonest she is and backtracks on promises. She also owns bolt services and condones the bad driving and overloaded of the bolt vehicles. She then uses profanity, resorts to infantile name calling and uses racial slurs rather than attempting to come to resolution. She is a terrible human being, swears like a sailor and a dishonest business person. We will be opening up a criminal case against her. The abusive messages are saved and available should anyone need evidence.

Secondly the right place for your issue is the police, lastly there is no resolution youl be getting from my hand as your definition of resolution is I accepting that he crashed in Jared you expected me treat him inhuman.
