Francesco Masselli, the Managing Director, and his wife, are presently the only shareholders, although it is envisaged that their two sons who have joined the family concern following their studies in Construction Management, will ensure the continuation of the Company.

Presently the Company employs specialised labour on a full time basis, supervised by a comprehensive and experienced team of foremen and project managers, including young and dynamic previously disadvantaged individuals who joined the Company many years ago as and were trained to become capable site foremen.
