Window Installation & Repairs Job - Hout Bay, WC, 7806

We currently have two side hung windows facing the weather side, and during fierce wind's and rain water enters the house. We would like to have some form of gaskets fitted into the frame. We have tried adding the sponge stick-on options but they did not hold nor perform the way we had hoped.
