Window Installation & Repairs Job - Gardens, WC, 8001

I have aluminium windows that were installed in my ground-floor apartment when the balcony was closed in. I have had endless issues with leaks. I have resealed the windows several times with different service providers but nothing seems to have worked so far - I was wondering if you would be able to come assess the windows to determine the issues that can be fixed to solve the leaking into the apartment. The groundsman at the apartment block has identified that the window frame overlaps with the wall (I can send a photo) they are looking at putting a gutter above the window to prevent water from running down them in the future, but I would like to ensure that they are sealed.
