Good day
Our son is getting married in Kenton-on-Sea on 18 January 2025 with 100+ guests. The bride and groom are not big cake eaters and want a 3 tier rustic cake (I can supply you with a photo as an example if need be) primarily to do a cutting of the cake ceremony. However, I have read that in order to serve cake to the guests, additional cake can be made in large baking trays to be cut up into squares to serve to guests. I therefore require quotes on the following:
1. Small 3 tiered rustic wedding cake; and
2. Cake to be cut up in squares for guests that would like to sample wedding cake. Last but not least, I would appreciate advice r.e. Cake flavours I.e. What is currently popular due to the fact that the bride and groom have no preferences. Kind regards
