Web Design & Development Job - Parkrand, GP, 1459

I want to have a website built roughly as follows;
- Register a domain name
- Std brochure/web design, 5 or 6 pages (no ecommerce)
- uncertain on sliders as yet
- no emails needed (I want to list/use my existing email address')
- first page will be pics with small descriptions (clickable for further details)
- contact form and a listing of my email address and cell Nº's
- once set up and published, I want to be able to edit the contents of the site myself periodically.
- separate quote for development and monthly hosting fee.
- SEO included
- google analytics included

I am in the industrial minerals/refractories/ceramics/kilns industry and have numerous pics to choose from that I would like to use on pages.
