Waterproofing Job - Van Riebeeck hoogte, EC, 6229

We have a flat under our house and it seems that everytime it rains for a few days on end then the water rises and comes through the flats floor we had someone tell us the watertable is rising etc. But would like to find out what can we do about it as the flat gets flooded.
