Tree Felling & Removal Job - Bela-Bela, LP, 0480

I live in Bela Bela, Limpopo, and I have a huge Norfolk Island Pine in my garden. I am concerned that, in the event of strong winds or a storm, the top of the tree could pose a risk to my house, especially the roof. I would appreciate it if a qualified professional could assess the tree and advise whether it would be safe and appropriate to remove the top portion as a preventative measure.
