T-Shirt Printing Job - Khayelitsha, WC, 7784

I want to print an album cover to a white t-shirt. The album is Swimming by Mac Miller. Then on the back I want it written "it ain't 2009 no more". The cover must be a little bit bigger on the tshirt front. Just one tshirt. Also I have a sweater that I would like to print an album cover on. How much would that be?.
