uploads
2. Lease Management – Drafting lease agreements, tracking lease terms, and automated
renewal reminders
3. Rental Account Management – Invoicing tenants, tracking payments, and managing arrears
4. Inspections & Maintenance – Mobile inspection tool, tenant maintenance request portal,
scheduling, and maintenance tracking
5. Compliance Tracking – Monitoring FICA compliance, compliance certificates, and other
legal documents
6. Reporting – Generating operational, financial, and tenant-specific reports.
