Scope of Work:
The appointed service provider will be required to:
 Supply 1x Assembly Point Sign.
 Install the sign at a clearly visible location as directed by the Safety Officer or
Facilities Manager.
 Ensure the sign complies with OHS Act regulations and is weather-resistant. Technical Specification:
 Size: Minimum 600mm x 600mm
 Material: Aluminium or galvanized metal with reflective vinyl print (UV-
resistant)
 Design: Standard Assembly Point symbol (green background, white text and
figures)
 Mounting: Galvanized pole (min. 2.4m height) with concrete base
 Compliance: Must conform to SANS 1186-1 and applicable local safety
signage standards

Additional Requirements:
 Contractor to provide photos of the installed sign
 Work must be completed within 5 working days after approval
 Service provider to ensure site is left clean and safe post-installation.
