I have an elderly parent who needs to visit her husband at QuillHaven Hall twice a week for 1 hour, (Tuesday/Thursday). She will need collection from 13 Pamden Road, Hillcrest and taken to QuillHaven Hall, 4 Quillhall Road, Kloof. And collected 1 hr later and returned to 13 Pamden Road. What would the monthly cost be to provide this service.
