Extend 2 gutter pipes down to the ground floor from 6 stories high in a complex in Diaz Beach, Mossel bay. Block the down pipe in the column where the current gutter pipes run into and will be removed. Block the hole in the wall, where the downpipe is situated that the current gutter pipe runs into and seal it and paint it. Paint rust water smears against the wall underneath the hole in the wall of the current gutter pipe that will be removed as explained above. Thank you,
