Ceiling needs to be removed in various spaces in the house and social building next to the pool due to water damage and wear and tear.Some electrical work then needs to be done by an electrical contractor i.e replace and/or re-install proper wiring , downlighters and installation of additional wall plugs.New ceilings and cornishes need to be fitted upon finalization of the electrical work.
