Job Description:
Waterproofing of tiled roof priority under solar panels - will need to remove and put them back;
Roof is tiled with flat porcelain tiles quite brittle and is normal v roof;
Fix ridges with cement and waterproof;
Fix 3x V sections and waterproof;
Ensure no leaks below IBR sheeting porch;
Waterproof bar chimney brick and plaster.
