Rising Damp Waterproofing Job - Gonubie, EC, 5257

There are certain parts around the house that have damp however we can only smell it but can't see it. Please could you come and inspect and advice is on a way forward. Clothes and bags are getting damaged by the damp. Would you be able to come either today or tomorrow?.
