The website will be similar to the Credit Bureau. National companies in SA will register and be provided with a portal where they can upload and manage their employee information. The employee information will include basic stuff like position, tasks, achievement and their reason for leaving, once they do. The idea is to have info about employees posted by employers and not coming from C'V's. Once the employee leaves they will be removed from the company's profile but remain in a central database that allows for other companies to search an employee by Name and ID. There must be a facility for the company to purchase a subscription in order to access the service. The website will only be for companies and not the public.
