Plumber Job - Welgelegen 1, WC, 7500

I have an outside tap and the down pipe is not down into the ground pipe also runs above ground about a meter before it goes underground. I want to do paving there and was told this pipe must be at least 300mm under the paving. I live in a retirement village and would like a quote to see how much this would cost. Thank you.
