Replace the existing unit with a Heat-Tech 200L geyser in compliance with
SANS 10254
Redesign and replace the existing piping to meet SANS 10252-1 standards for
water supply, ensuring the inclusion of:
▪ High-pressure safety valve (HPV).
▪ Two vacuum breakers.
▪ SANS-compliant copper or HDPE piping
Ceiling Repairs:
o Install an access trap door in the ceiling for future maintenance. O Replace and repair damaged rhino board panels. Skim and repaint the
affected areas to match the existing finish. Drip Tray and Outlet Pipe:
o Replace the galvanized outlet pipe with SANS 10400-XA compliant material.
