Louw Plumbing Request for quotation. We need to have some plumbing repairs at my home at 19 Winterhoek Road Durbanville Hills 7550. Please let me know if you have capacity to help me before the end of the year ( I know things get a little busy before builders brake.)
It would also be great if we can meet on site to discuss. We anticipate the following work:

1. New hot water system (geyser) High Pressure Geyser Installation – Kwikot 150lt with enough balanced pressure and feed to Kitchen Sink and Bathroom 1 and Bathroom 2. ( Contractor to asses existing system and make recommendations) It is possible that exiting pipe works needs to be replaced.
2. PRV Installation – This is for the installation of a 400kpa pressure reducing valve just after the water meter to provide the entire house with balanced pressure. Internal
3. Bathroom 1Bath : Install new 2 x Pillar tap for bath. Bath to be resurfaces by Beta Baths.
4. Bathroom 1 HWB: Install new 1 x Pillar BASIN MIXER for HWB.
5. Bathroom 2 Shower: Install new– Hansgorhe Crometta Showerpipe 160 1jet with thermostat.
6. Bathroom 2 Toilet: Repair leak at seal and service WC.
7. Bathroom 2 HWB: Install new 1 x Pillar BASIN MIXER for HWB. External Work:
8. Repair plumbing from washing machine to gully. (to be measured on site)
9. Repair and service bathroom pipes to gully.
10. Service 2 x sewer pipe form WC. Looking forward to the opportunity to meet with you.
