Plumber Job - Kroonstad, FS, 9499

We have a building in town, 51 Cross street, Elizabeth Building, at ground level we have 3 businesses as tenants – Mobile Connection, Rage and Best Electric, on top on the 1st floor there are 11 flatlets, all units are currently occupied. When it rains a lot, there is a stormwater pipe in the corner on the first floor, that is supposed to lead away the rainwater, instead it is running into Rage at the ground level, right by their electricity d b board, which is extremely dangerous, I urgently need someone to come and have a look at it and repair it as soon as possible.
