We have 2 leaking toilets. The one leaks into the toilet itself and probably just needs a new seal. The other one leaks out of the top water cistern onto the floor. Both jobs are quite small, but I need someone to come out today please.

Job Description: Good day, We have a strange problem in our bathroom where tiles are discoloring (absorbing water). It does not seem to be indicative of a leak as the entire tile discolors at once – but I am unsure what else could cause it.
