I am looking for a Personal trainer to help me with my fitness and to provide motivation. I never work out apart from walking my dogs twice a week. I am a beginner! I am looking to improve my lifestyle and my health. I need a personal trainer to help me achieve these goals. I do not have any workout/fitness equipment but I'm willing to purchase the needed equipment based on your advise if needed.
