Personal Trainer Job - Welgemoed, WC, 7530

My mother is turning 64, and has had many blocks in her life. She has spent most of her life dieting, and has an unhealthy relationship with food, so I think I want her to just be free of that. I want her to feel good and healthy, but dont want the focus to be 'yet another weight loss program', so I read youre a life coach and thought perhaps this more holistic approach would be good. I live in china, and would like to give her something special and not have it feel like I am nudging her to lose weight if that makes sense.
