Hi Michael I am actually sending you a message really for my sister who is 67, lives in La Lucia and is recovering from breast cancer surgery. I am looking for a personal trainer for her who does have knowledge in cancer recovery. At the moment she is only 3 weeks post op and has a Therapist who has given her some exercises. Whether she does them or not is yet to be seen. Please give me your thoughts. Thanks
