Downstairs patio recurrent leaks despite having waterproofed a couple times by contractors
Verandah outside main bedroom
Has skylight to patio
May still want option to keep this feature if possible
Would like to cover verandah 2 reasons
- divert most of rain to reduce repeated water damage
- need waterproof slab again
- would like to use outside area for possible gym area / seating /
-it overlooks the river , want to maintain view of open area with covering
-Flexible with times but I puke like to get quotation ASAP
