We require the outside and inside of our house painted - we recently completed a small renovation to our lounge and have replaced all our windows with aluminium. The providers who did the building are quoting an excessive amount for painting - we will provide all paint. We have been told to purchase the following quantities, to give you an idea of size of the job. Exterior
• 3 x 20 litres Dulux Weatherguard
• 5 litres undercoat (primer) will be used plastering inside and outside of 1 lounge wall
Lounge, gym, study (colour)
• 20 litres PVA low sheen (washable) – wall paint
2 bedrooms feature wall
• 2.5 litre green PVA low sheen (washable) – wall paint
• 2.5 litre grey PVA low sheen (washable) – wall paint
Rest of house
• 2 x 20 litres white PVA low sheen (washable) - wall paint
• 2 x 20 litres Walls and Ceilings – same as in garage
Doors, frames, skirtings and beams in gym area
• 2 x 5 litres Velvaglo white – oil based
Adhoc
• 2 x 750 ml turps
• 2.5 kg Polyfiller
• 6 tubes Painters Mate
