Painter Job - Midstream Estate, GP, 1692

I hope you’re well. I am looking to have the interior of my single‐storey home (approx. 350 m²) in Midlands Estate repainted, and also require repairs for cracks in walls and some roof maintenance or coating. Scope of work:

Interior walls and ceilings (single storey, approx. 350 m²)

Crack repairs in walls (some visible hairline and larger cracks)

Roof inspection & repairs/coating as required to address minor leaks/imperfections

Furniture & surface protection during works


Please send me a quote that includes: labour, preparation work, repair of cracks/roof, timeline, warranty of workmanship. I would welcome a site visit to inspect the property in order to provide a more accurate quote.
