2) installation of light fittings for final phase:
- 5 pendant lights (2 wired, 3 to include wiring from draw box)
(5-arm & 8-arm metal pendant lights)
- 2 Downlights in bedroom (to include wiring from draw box)
- 1 ceiling light in bathroom (wired)
- 1 string light in Gazebo(wired)
