I hope you're doing well. My daughter is looking for someone to assist with caring for her two children. Her 7-year-old son has ADHD and requires extra attention and support, especially when it comes to completing his homework. While he is on medication, he still has difficulty switching off and focusing, so we need someone with experience in managing ADHD behaviors. Her 14-year-old daughter is independent and can look after herself, but the son requires more hands-on care, particularly during homework time. Both my daughter and her husband work shifts, and it has become challenging for them to provide the necessary support during those hours. If you have experience working with children with ADHD and are available to assist, please let us know. We are looking for someone who can provide a nurturing environment while helping him stay on task with his schoolwork. This have to be asleep in on weeks they on night shift
