Lawn Care Job - Claremont, WC, 7708

Over the years my lawn keeps dying in certain areas. I have been planting Buffalo, it takes and grows well and then dies Autumn, Winter. After this very wet winter it looks terrible. Other of my lawn are being taken over by weeds. All in all I think I might need to restart, maybe have the soil tested? Decide on what type of grass to grow? My preference would be buffalo but maybe it is not suitable for my garden. I have a big lawn, half flat and half sloped. Once the lawn is probably established I will need maintenance.
