Lawn Care Job - Mabopane, GP, 0190

Greetings. I have a Ryobi lawn mower and currently it doesn't want to turn and cut the grass when I press it on. And if It turns, it does that a little with smelly of burning coming from the motor. Where are you located and when can I bring it for repair..? And how can it cause to change the motor..?.
