Lawn Care Job - Rietvlei Ridge Country Estate, GP, 0157

Previous lawn died, instant lawn was laid recently but never finished properly - fly by night service, ground is not even, grass is not evenly distributed, beds were not made properly. Need to correct this urgently before being able to sell the place, so once-off emergency care need not maintenance plan over years etc. Can you help?.
