Operating hours
Collection at SABS laundry office between 07:30 and 13:00 once per week
Deliveries - between 07:30 and 13:00 once per week
Note
Items will be collected and returned to the laundry office by the service provider. SABS does not guarantee quantities for dry cleaning. This is all on ad-hoc basis, as and when required by the individual laboratory/ office. The service provider should have insurance for loss and/or damaged goods
Security
The service provider shall abide by the SABS security regulations. The SABS will provide the service provider with an access card. Parking and Office
One parking bay will be made available along with a lock-up office for safe keeping of laundry. Required documentation
Service provider MUST submit the following documents
Company Profile in providing the required services as per the scope of work. MSDS (detergents/chemicals used to wash garments)
Proof of public insurance liability cover
