Details

Wooden hand rails were originally attached to the wall along the stairs by a bent metal rod welded to a base plate. These base plates are mild steel and were bolted to the wall with two bolts. These wooden hand rails were removed from the wall by cutting off the metal rod at the base plate. The job that I am requesting is to re-weld these attaching rods to the base plates so that the wooden rails rund again parallel to the stairs. Please see an attached sketch for more information.
