Details

Wiring in the bathroom and bedroom needs fixing - bulbs blowing too often. Now, no lights work in bathroom. Leak under sink in kitchen, mainly during both washing machine cycle and draining sink. Pipes might not be handling volume of water?

(black) mould in wardrobe, making clothes stink. Could be a leak in bathroom/adjoining wall.
