I believe a visit to evaluate and suggest the extent of the work, but there has been some water damage, and some scraping and plastering will probably be required in two areas namely the balcony roof and in the passage area (White roof and coloured wall). There are two doors which also require a light fill, sand and paint with enamel as well. The painting of the rest of the flat is not mandatory (suggestions welcome) but touch-ups could be done in some areas. The section of the one Bedroom roof/corner can also be repainted.
