Handyman Job - Kensington, GP, 2094

Hi there. We need a handyman to attend to a number of maintenance issues for a rental property in Kensington. These include:
-Fixing of doors with open spaces
-Replacing light bulbs(requires ladder)
-Installing a motion detection light outside the house
-Covering a front gate with wood to ensure more privacy
-Replacing a toilet seat.
