Details

I am considering buying a property in Durbanville. Some bathroom door frames are showing signs of rust. In one case it is severe. As I do not own the property I would have to arrange with the agent for access so that a contractor could give an accurate estimate of repair costs. What I need is a rough "ballpark" estimate of the cost of replacing a single bathroom door frame and re-tiling around the frame.
