1. A bathroom ceiling leak has caused the light fitting to get rusty and the light flickers so there is probably damage to the wiring which needs to be fixed and a new light fitting needs to be installed.

2. A leaking tap in the kitchen will need to be fixed

3. There was leak damage done to an internal wall in the house. The leak has since been fixed but the full extent of damage to the wall needs to be assessed and repaired.

4. The ball bearings have gone on a set of drawer runners one a drawer unit in the kitchen. A new heavyduty set of runners needs to be bought and fitted to the existing carcass drawer.
