Remove existing dry adhesive from floor and repair all existing cracks on floor with cement
crack filler. Then screed the floor covering an area of 25m?.
: Create xpansion joint on floor where necessary acconding to SAN'S building regulations. Install or lay ceramic 600mm x 600mm tiles that will be supplied by Mowbray Maternity
Hospital. All tiling consumables will be supplied by the hospital MMH.
• Ensure that 100mm x skirting is installed right through the tiling project.
• Ensure that by the doors and existing floor in the corridor and adjacent rooms transition
blends.
